Ambrosio
started
his
professional
career
by
joining
his
father
and
two
brothers
as
an
Investment
Broker
with
A.G.
Edwards
and
Son’s
Inc.
He
later
went
on
to
acquire
his
CFP
certification
which
is
awarded
to
individuals
who
meet
education,
examination,
experience
and
ethics
requirements
in
finance.
Having
such
a
love
for
the
mountains
and
owning
a
second
home
there,
he
decided
to
move
to
Colorado
in
1994.
He
opened
a
Ski
Rental
Business
and
Food
Mart
at
Copper
Mountain
Ski
Resort.
He
then
went
on
to
become
the
Broker/Owner
of a
real
estate
company
called
Rocky
Mountain
Resort
Properties.
During
his
Real
Estate
career
he
also
acquired
his
contractors
license
and
specialized
in
building
custom
log
homes.
After
seven
years
in
Colorado
he
moved
back
to
his
hometown
on
the
beaches
of
Florida.
He
joined
up
with
Coldwell
Banker
Sun
Vista,
where
he
worked specializing in beach real estate for 8 years. During his career with Coldwell Banker he earned his GRI & CCIM Designations, Previews Properties Certification, and Membership into the International Diamond Society which is the top 3% of all Coldwell agents in the country.
Frank
then
went
on
to
open
the
17th
office
for
Prudential
Tropical
Realty
on
Indian
Rocks
Beach
and
serves
as a
Career
Devolpment
Specialist
and
Broker
Associate.
The
move
to
Prudential
was
essential
in
expanding
our
business
to include mortgages, title, and property
management for my sales team.
